For the past ten years, I have playfully created clay art with simple yet beautiful designs. My designs are inspired by my deep connection with Nature, Spirit  and my fascination with Sacred Geometry and Mystic Symbols.

My clay pendants / medallions, plaques and crosses are intricately hand-carved and decorated with bright coloured, lead-free high gloss glazes.

The Essential Oil Pendants allow us to connect with the healing qualities of earth (clay), nature (essential oil) and the significance of the colour and the design.

I often use a technique called sgraffito: the scratching through of the underglaze to reveal the original colour of the terracotta clay.

For the past 3 years, I have created mosaics. To create a mosaic picture, I cut different coloured tiles into small, similar-sized pieces and organize them into a desired picture like a puzzle. The tile pieces are glued onto a board of sealed plywood and grouted. Some of my mosaics I have had framed and some of the smaller ones I created to fit into spare frames.

I get asked a lot “How to use the clay Essential Oil Pendant”

Place a drop of your favourite pure essential oil in the centre of the un-glazed side of your pendant and allow the oil to soak into the clay.

Wear the pendant around your neck with the un-glazed side touching your skin.

Your body heat will naturally diffuse the oil for you to breathe in and absorb through your skin throughout the day, aloowing you to enjoy the many benefits of the chosen pure essential oil.

Re-apply the same oil or a different pure essential oil after 24 hours (or as needed).

Some of my favourite oils to use on my pendant, one at at time, are:

Lemon to uplift

Lavender to relax

Peppermint to chill

Frankincense for inspiration

The Essential Oil Pendants / Medallions, with the added essential oil, can also be placed in your drawers or hung in wardrobes for a natural air freshener. Just make sure the un-glazed oil side of the pendant is not in direct contact with any clothes or materials.
