Welcome to Gabi’s Wellness by Design.

It took some time to settle on the perfect name for my website. While it may feel a bit long, I believe it truly captures the essence of my purpose and passion.  Does it give you an idea of what to expect?

Originally from Germany, I now live in Mandurah with my husband, our two grown-up sons and our cheeky chocolate Labrador, Chewie (short for Chewbacca). I am a  recovering coffee addict, a creative spirit and a Reiki /Reflexology Practitioner. I have a dry sense of humour, which not everyone gets, and I can get quite deep sometimes-something my hubby can only handle in small doses!

I am passionate about wellness in all its forms: body, mind, spirit, and relationships. I believe that true well-being comes from acknowledging and accepting every part of ourselves.  Each day, I aspire to lead a balanced and fulfilling life, finding harmony between work, rest and play, while staying grounded in my spiritual practice. I value deep connections with others. My focus is to cultivate health, happiness and inner peace, all while contributing positively to the world around me. It’s an ongoing journey of self-discovery, growth, and meaningful connections, one that I embrace with intention and dedication.

May we all live in Wellness by Design!
